April 2024 – Present
Creative Director for Chevy's paid social channels as well as content creation and ideation for Chevy and Buick.
Freelance: ACD/Sr. Copywriter
August 2019 – Present
I individually manage and collaborate with larger teams for clients like Cologuard, Chevrolet, CarBravo, Subway, Rocket Mortgage, DTE Energy, RISE Cannabis and more. Creative needs range from fully integrated campaigns to website creation, script and article writing, social posts and brand development.
MRM/McCann: Sr. Copywriter
August 2019 – Present
I worked on GM Card, the consumer life journey, and the launch of CarBravo. This included complete brand development, including creating the tone and voice, and writing for the website, social assets, internal communications, digital videos, scripts, emails and gorilla marketing.
TMV Group: Sr. Copywriter
November 2018 – March 2019
I wrote digital, print, and social content for various clients like Everfresh, Wayne State University, LorAnn Essential Oils, and more. I was also an intricate member of brand campaign ideation and execution.
Commonwealth/McCann: Sr. Copywriter
August 2015 – November 2018
I helped lead the Global Content Studio to success where we created digital content for Chevrolet’s 10 markets. Creative needs included script writing and ideation for digital videos and short films, social assets, event creation, app writing and more. Our efforts resulted in the team growing from 4 to 30, and we completely transformed their content from one-off to evergreen.

February 2015 – May 2015
Lead writer for Lincoln Automotive where I helped develop and launch an online shopping experience. I successfully named and wrote the site and accompanying app.

June 2013 – February 2015
I worked on the historical rebranding of Cadillac. This included digital content like the CTS-V reveal video and accompanying site, interactive activations, print and social writing.

2012 – 2013
This was a multifaceted position where I had my hands in many things. Some of that includes online and print writing for Grand Rapids Magazine, West Michigan Woman Magazine, and The Mode Life. I was also the social media community manager for multiple small businesses, nonprofit organizations and collaborative groups.
Events were also a huge part of our business. Our team orchestrated the famous "Light up the night" event in Grand Rapids and afterwards, I was in charge of public relations evaluation.
